MAINTENANCE PERSON/MOT 8 HRS/12 MONTHS QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school or possession of GED required. 2. Possession of a valid CPR & First Aid Certificate. 3. Possession of a valid California driver's license. 4. Knowledge of standard practices, methods, materials and equipment used in the building trades; applicable codes, regulations and safety orders. 5. Two years of recent, paid experience in one of the building trades. 6. Ability to do electrical, painting, locksmithing, plumbing and or/carpentry work in the alteration, repair and occasional new construction of equipment and structures. 7.
