View job description online to see job requirements at www.fresnounified.org/dept/hr JOB DUTIES: Accountable for improving student achievement for all students with special attention on Special Education Students; perform a variety of complex duties as assigned by the Assistant Superintendent to improve student achievement and coordinate services to provide students access to high quality learning options to stay in school on target to graduate; work collaboratively with the Divisions of Curriculum & Instruction and School Support Services to develop effective instructional programs to meet the unique needs of individual students and expand practices proven to raise student achievement; provide staff development regarding Special Education programs; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel and provide constructive feedback to improve staff effectiveness.
