Requirements / Qualifications

Scheduling Assistant - Under the guidance of the Director of Student Development, the Master Scheduler’s mission is to ensure the creation and maintenance of student schedules on a daily basis and to maintain communication about schedule changes to parents, teachers, students, and the Admin team. Competencies (professional): self-directed, proactive, intelligent, tech savvy, honesty/integrity, highly organized, creative planning skills, follow-through on commitments, persistence, problem solving skills, calm under pressure, listening, and professional written and verbal communication skills. Competencies (cultural): ability to manage stress in a fast paced environment, sense of humor, consistently positive attitude, strong teamwork, passionate, genuine, internally motivated, service oriented, ability to reserve judgment and respond with curiosity and compassion.

Other key position requirements: • Familiarity with business management software such as CodeMetro NPAWorks (NPA) and databases such as SalesForce • Experience with accounts receivable • Excel expertise including table and pivot table creation • Capable of training and supporting new users of NPA • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
