The San Diego Unified School District is seeking innovative, instructional leaders to support the diverse needs of students, families and the community. As a part of the community, school leaders in SDUSD are committed to ensuring the provision of the academic, social and emotional resources to ensure all students graduate. Leadership candidates must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities to balance the needs of the school's instructional and operational programs for the benefit of students. Desired letters should be from those who have supervised your work including your current supervisor (e.g. Principal, Assistant Principal, Managers, Superintendent, etc.) Other letters of recommendation from colleagues may be accepted in addition to, but not in lieu of the supervisory recommendations. Letters of recommendation should be dated within the last two (2) years.

How will you empower, motivate and inspire students and teachers to succeed in the change process of implementing the Common Core State Standards? 7. Describe your experiences teaching or leading at the secondary level; how will you support students academically, socially and emotionally? 8. Describe your experiences with school budgets.
