Each employee of Mariners Christian School must: *Be a born-again Christian who can show evidence of regular church attendance. *Maintain a lifestyle consistent with the moral standards stated in the Mariners Christian School contract and the Declaration of Moral Integrity. *Be in agreement with and sign the MCS Statement of Faith. *Have criminal history clearance. (Fingerprinting specific to MCS to be arranged at hiring.) *Strong candidates will have substantial experience with elementary and middle school students, budgets, staff supervision. ---Non-discriminatory policy: It is and shall be the policy and practice of Mariners Christian School in the hiring of employees that the school will not discriminate on the basis of the applicants’ race, color, gender, age, genetic information, nationality, or ethnic origin. Full time salaried position with benefits. Start date: August 25, 2014 for 2014-15 school year. (10 months) Re-contracted annually. Hours: Monday through Friday: 10:00 - 6:00. General description: Manages the before and after school program, planning and implementing the activities, curriculum, finances, equipment, and ASP aides.
