Supervised and evaluated by the High School Principal, the Athletic Director is responsible for planning, developing, supervising, and conducting a variety of programs encouraging participation in recreational sports and athletic competition for grades nine through twelve.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. Valid California Teaching Credential authorizing service at the high school level. 2. A minimum of three years of successful regular classroom teaching experience. 3. Prior coaching experience in at least one major sport and one minor sport. 4. Working knowledge of interscholastic sports scheduling; thorough knowledge of CIF rules governing interscholastic contests. 5. Experience providing leadership and guidance for student athletics. 6. Satisfactory work and attendance record.

A certificated application packet must include: 1. Ed-Join certificated applicatioin; 2. Letter of Interest/Intent; 3. Resume; 4. Letters of Reference (3); 5. Copies of transcript(s)/credential(s).
