Our ideal candidate has a creative spirit, a strong sense of self and a willingness to work in collaboration with our community. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience with students who have special needs including, but not limited to, behavioral issues, learning disabilities and medical fragility. Must pass assessment for reading, writing and mathematics abilities, or submit evidence of passing the CBEST. Knowledge of Waldorf education/Kindergarten desired. This position will be a Class Room Support for a Kindergartener. The hours are 8 am-12:00PM Monday-Friday There may be additional time for collaboration with the teacher or SPED team.
