
Auditorium Operations Technician at Anaheim Union High School District
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION: Graduation from high school. EXPERIENCE: Three years auditorium or theatre experience. Possession of current certification(s) related to the technical work such as those offered by the Entertainment Technician Certification Program (e.g., Rigger – Theater, Rigger – Arena, Entertainment Electrician, etc.) are strongly desired. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid California Class C Driver License. Insurance Requirements: Evidence of adequate insurance for a motor vehicle that meets or exceeds the California legal liability insurance requirement and continues to maintain insurability. Subject to flexible work week and hours including evening, weekend, and/or holiday duty as required by scheduled and unscheduled district and public events. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES KNOWLEDGE OF: Stage equipment including lighting, sound systems, rigging, trussing and staging for a variety of theatrical productions. Stage props, furniture and scenery. Stage safety including fire and safety rules. Basic math and basic electricity. Basic principles and philosophy of stage production.
