Pinewood School is an independent, non-denominational, K-12 school located in Los Altos California that serves 600 students across three separate campuses. We are looking to hire a full-time 5th/6th grade math Teacher at our 3-6 grade campus. Our classrooms are departmentalized at the elementary level rather than the traditional self-contained classroom. This individual would teach two sections of 5th grade Math and two sections of 6th grade math. Class size is 20 students or less.
MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS
- LOVE OF MATH
- 4-6 YEARS TEACHING EXPERIENCE
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE TEACHING MIDDLE SCHOOL AGE STUDENTS
- COMFORTABLE TEACHING PRE-ALGEBRA AND ALGEBRA 1 CONCEPTS
