Requirements: Advanced computer knowledge and skills. Experience in: Installing and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and related peripheral equipment. In possession of or in the process of attaining the Comptia A+ Certification. Highly desirable: Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) – Windows Operating System and Certification in Category Five and Fiber Optic Cable Installation. Requires Physical Agility Exam and must provide DMV record.
