Requirements / Qualifications
EXPERIENCE Two years secretarial and/or clerical experience. One year of secretarial and/or clerical experience within an educational organization is preferred. EDUCATION High school graduation or equivalent is required. LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, BONDING AND/OR TESTING REQUIRED Successful completion of the District’s proficiency test. Current (within one year) evidence of the ability to type 45 net wpm. PLEASE NOTE After the final filing date, applications will be screened and qualified applicants will be notified of the basic skills test date and time.
- Proof of HS Graduation (High School Diploma, High School Transcripts or Equivalent (ex: GED))
- Resume (Provide clear evidence of required experience)
- Typing Certificate (45 Net WPM - must be current within 1 year and not from an on-line source)
