Requirements / Qualifications
* Minimum five years experience working with children with special needs * Minimum one year full time experience in supervisory role working with children with autism is preferred * Ability to supervise the implementation of IEP for children with special needs * Ablility to implement approved strategies for behavior management * Create and provide ongoing training for behavior tutors and district staff * Analyze data to determine the need for strategy changes
