Sherwood Montessori is seeking qualified substitute teachers who are interested in being on our substitute teacher call list. Sherwood Montessori is a Montessori methods charter school located in Chico, California. Qualified candidates will hold a current California teaching credential or substitute credential and possess a child-centered disposition and love for learning. Substitutes who are called back for jobs are those who, above all qualities, can project warmth and caring to our students. Each classroom has a teacher’s aide for the full day, therefor a knowledgeable adult is available in the room to guide the class in their usual routines.
