A review of the applicant's experience and qualifications will be conducted. Based on that evaluation, only applicants who provide all required documentation and meet the minimum qualifications will be qualified in the next step of the examination process. An Examination Notification will be emailed inviting applicants to attend the Secretary II Exam. Exam date to be decided. Applicants who do not receive the Examination Notification email will not be allowed to participate in the examination process.
TYPING CERTIFICATE, RESUME AND TWO LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION REQUIRED:
Typing certificate must be attached to Edjoin application at time of submission. A 50 net WPM typing certificate (a proctored 5-minute typing test) is required and must be issued within one year of time of application from an accredited school or agency, excluding online agencies.

Applications received without all required documentation will be considered incomplete and will NOT be considered further. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure all required materials are received before the deadline.
