Requirements / Qualifications

EXPERIENCE Prior job related experience, paid or volunteer, with students in an organized setting. Experience with special needs students is preferred. EDUCATION High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Also, must meet NCLB requirements (48 college units from an accredited college or university; or successful completion of the District Instructional Paraeducator Proficiency Exam).

  • NCLB Compliance (48 college units (semester) or pass the Paraeducator Proficiency Exam administered by TRUSD, RLUSD, NSSD, GJUHSD or DPHSD)
  • Proof of HS Graduation (High School Diploma or High School Transcripts or equivalent (ex: GED))
  • Resume (Provide clear evidence of required experience)
