Requirements for Applying

REQUIREMENTS: •Valid credential in nursing or a Director of Staff Development (DSD) and other appropriate credential, candidates must meet either of the following qualification requirements: (1) One (1) year experience as a licensed nurse (RN/LVN) providing direct patient care in a long term care facility in addition to one (1) year experience planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs in nursing; or (2) Two years’ experience as a licensed nurse (RN/LVN), at least one year of which must be in the provision of direct patient care in a nursing facility. • Resume • Successful teaching experience preferred • (3) Letters of recommendation • Three Professional References (In-house candidates must attach 3 professional references as well and may use the “Professional References Form,” which is provided in the "Links Related to this Job"). • Valid TB
