We are a Santa Monica based educational support company seeking independently contracted educational therapists for in-home sessions in a variety of Los Angeles and neighboring communities. We use an intergrated team approach with clinical supervision and proactive, consistent communication with parents, faculty, administrators, and other allied professionals.

Starting pay is $60/hour for educational therapy, (all rates commensurate with degree, field experience and performance with our company). 

The work is often a combination of remedial programming and educational support within the framework of the student's actual schoolwork. Executive functioning skill building and study skills/organization are frequently needed.

Educational therapists are expected to read assessments, and implement specific educational recommendations, such as remediation programs, accordingly. Educational therapists working with our team are expected to communicate regularly with parents, school faculty, and outside professionals to best meet student needs.  All contractors working with our company submit biweekly narrative updates on their students' progress.

Qualifications: 
-Must have a Master's degree or higher in Education, Psychology, or a related field
-Educational Therapists must be AET certified 
-Prior tutoring or teaching experience required
-Available afternoons, evenings and/or weekends for at least 10-12 hours per week
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must be able to pass a background check
