Required documents must be submitted at the time of application. If applying online (see "Click Here to Apply"), documents may be scanned and attached to the online application or faxed to Personnel Services at 619-588-3663. Original documents must be verified at time of hire. Required documents include:
-Supplemental Application (questions are built in to online application)
-CPR and First Aide Certficates (online certificates not accepted)
Application will not be considered without the required documents.
