The Academy for Advancement of Children with Autism (AACA) is seeking dedicated paraprofessionals to join our esteemed team at our Chatsworth campus. Work one-on-one with students in a classroom setting Support students in achieving academic, behavioral, and communication goals Assist students in developing essential life skills Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to provide exceptional care and instruction
Requirements / Qualifications
-Resume -Letter of Introduction Minimum Educational Qualification is HS diploma. We would love someone with experience working with special needs individuals, college credits in a related field or a graduate. The most important qualification is a heart for this job!

We are a small non-public school in West Hills, CA. We service students k-12 facing a wide variety of developmental challenges. We are small by design and offer a 1:1 student to adult ratio. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, creative, patient, smart, and who understand that the students we service are uniquely special!
