
ABA Supervisor at KiDA (Kids Institute for Development & Advancement)

We are a fully-integrated learning facility in Irvine with programs specifically designed for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and are currently seeking an ABA Supervisor to provide behavioral intervention. We approach children’s needs both individually and as part of dynamic multi-disciplinary teams which include licensed experts in behavioral, speech, and occupational therapy. We provide professional development for our therapists with ongoing support, as well as a high degree of responsibility with room for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA treatment;
- Document and collect data on all consultation sessions and provide daily assessments including progress;
- Develop instructional materials and evaluate commercially available material for treatment;
- Analyze current trends in health care and anticipate future trends that may impact practice;
- Maintain client files and treatment logs in an organized manner to include as well as provide appropriate documentation to interdisciplinary team;
- Communicate with the executive director and/or site manager re: change in status, problems, or intent to change any aspect of the education program; and
- Attend and participate in meetings as required (team, staff, and IEP meetings).
Qualifications:
- MA/MS or PhD in ABA, Special ED, Psychology, MFT, Child Development, Social Work or related field;
- Must be BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst);
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ABA field (Autism specific);
- Significant experience with 3-10 yrs. old population;
- Must have some experience with program design/development;
- Experience with Regional Center and School District is a plus;
- Exceptional time management, communication, and self-organizational skills;
- Reliable, trustworthy, ethical and resourceful; and
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
