The Program Representative II plays a significant role in the implementation of continuing education programs and courses within the Education and Business Programs unit. The incumbent works closely with the directors to maintain cordial, professional relationships with University faculty and district partners. The incumbent is responsible for implementing the various courses, programs and events planned by the unit. Such implementation activities include: programs and events, course preparation, instructor recruitment, scheduling courses, preparing course educational materials, confirming specific classroom needs, coordinating the entry of current course and instructor data into the administrative information system, managing online course technology, coordinating the delivery of materials to the classroom sites, and managing other logistical details and records pertaining to each unit program course or event. The incumbent represents the Education Programs unit at local school districts and determines their specific training needs. Serves as the liaison between instructors, district personnel, and students.
