•    Design and implement academic teacher professional development programs (workshops and special training institutes) to be delivered within partner school programs and to other educational system or cultural organization clients. Actively involve principals, program staff and other parties receiving services in order to create effective, top quality offerings.
•    Collaborate with principals, program staff, and other parties to plan and schedule program-related events (in-school concerts, school cultural assemblies on-site and off-site, afterschool programming, etc.).
•    Collaborate with evaluation staff to revise assessment tools (surveys, questionnaires, etc.).
