The director will be responsible for leading a collegial faculty who will prepare our students to succeed both in school and in life after high school. The Director of Willits Charter will implement the school’s mission and vision through effective leadership and engagement of faculty, staff, students, parents, and the community. The director will be responsible for managing and overseeing all functions of the individual school site including all aspects of the instructional program, school environment, public relations and the operational health of the school. The director will report to the Board of Directors and work closely with the Business Manager to maintain the fiscal health of the school.
