Revolution Prep expects to achieve revenue of $30 million in 2011. Over the next five years, we expect to grow to $300 million of revenue through product, channel and geographic expansion.

The Opportunity
The Mathematics Content Developer will be an integral part of our development team, creating lessons and test items for our growing suite of mathematics products. Under the guidance of the K12 Curriculum Director, the Developer will develop sound instructional tools for use with our unique online platform. This position will create accurate and age-appropriate mathematics content for use in K12 materials.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate is a thoughtful and energetic team player with a positive, can-do attitude. In addition, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required (formal degree in mathematics not required)
• Facility with mathematics content at least through Algebra II
• Classroom experience (grades 6-12) is strongly preferred, but not required
• Ability to work comfortably in word processing, spreadsheets, and on-line editing environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, problem solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package:

• Salary & Performance-based bonus ($35-$45k)
