Fast-paced educational institute seeks a highly motivated individual for an entry level part-time or full-time position. Candidate must be fluent in English and conversational Mandarin CHINESE. The ideal candidate must also be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and organized. Duties will include filing, data entry, creating files, making labels, answering phones, greeting clients, occasionally working with Adobe Illustrator, photocopying, faxing, and assisting management, teachers, and staff. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills.
Above all, the applicant must be highly professional and capable of handling multiple tasks while sustaining a positive attitude at all times. Experienced in education and/or working with youths is a plus. Candidates must also have their own transportation to and from work.
OPTIONS FOR SHIFTS: Monday - Saturday with shifts ranging through the hours from 10:00am - 7:00pm. Applicants must work a minimum of 3 days per week.
LOCATIONS: Rowland Heights and Hacienda Heights, CA
REQUIRED LANGUAGES: Mandarin CHINESE and English
RELEVANT OFFICE SKILLS: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Access, Publisher, Photoshop, Some experience in Adobe Illustrator, Customer Service experience, Dependability
