Under the supervision of the Coordinator, Instructional Pograms, provides instruction for students in the Medical/Nursing Careers class. * Provide instruction for students interested in working in the medical field. * Provide classroom training in patient care skills. * Provide immediate supervision of students in the clinical training portion of the class at an acute care facility. * Maintain student records, training plans, and skill checklist on a regular basis. * Maintain student attendance records. Knowledge of the Nurse Assistant field with experience in accure care. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with current California licensure. Three years of recent medical/nursing experience required. Process or qualify for a California Career Technical Vocational Teaching Credential authorizing instruction in the medical/nursing field.
