Company:Genesis Behavior Center, Inc. We are recruiting to fill a Behavior Consultant/Supervisor position, which involves development and oversight of the programs, and requires prior experience working with individuals with autism. Positions requires travel within the Calveras/Tuolumne/ and surrounding areas, so reliable transportation is very important. Minimum Qualifications: MA/MS degree/ and BCBA or BCABA preferred Must have minumum experience of 1 year supervising ABA programs Must be able to successfully secure state-mandated criminal background clearance and have a negative TB test on file. Possess a valid CA Drivers License and have dependable transportation. Must enjoy working with children and have a positive attitude/enthusiasm and energetic active teaching. Compensation for drive time and mileage covered.

Requirements / Qualifications

Once hired, applicant will be required to provide copies of Masters degree & BCBA or BCABA.

Once hired, applicant will be required to provide copies of Live Scan, TB clearance, Drivers License, Social Secrutiy Card, & Car Insurance.

Genesis Behavior Center, Inc. was founded in response to the continuing need for effective, research-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The founders of Genesis Behavior Center, Inc. are committed to providing the highest quality of behavior intervention for children and families living with autism. Intervention is based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, and utilizes technology based on the research of Lovaas, Sundberg & Partington, and others. Primary methods used are Discrete Trails Training (DTT), Natural Environment Training (NET), Verbal Behavior procedures, and functional analysis of behaviors. Each child’s current functioning level is assessed and an individualized program developed to meet his/her needs in the areas of functional communication, social skills, self-help skills, pre-academic skills, and maladaptive behaviors. Services are available in-home, and at public and private school sites. The mission of Genesis Behavior Center, Inc. is to give each child and family the tools needed for independence and success in daily life, in the least restrictive environment possible.
