FILING DEADLINE: Monday, August 24, 2009 Recommend you contact the District Ed Center to obtain an official job flyer. THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: Experience required: Minimum of 3 years of professional collaborative coordination services delivery experience working with multiple community educational, case-management, family needs, social, physical and/or mental health agencies is required. Education required: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, education, social work or related field; or Equivalency: Any combination of education, training and/or experience which demonstrates ability to perform the required duties. Related experience may substitute for up to two years of education requirements; and a related Master degree may be substituted up to two (2) years of experience on a year-for-year basis. An examination will be given to establish an eligibility list for the position of Community Services Facilitator in order to fill a vacancy. This position is full-time, 12-month position, with some evening hours, and will be based at the site which formerly housed Spring Valley Elementary school: 845 Spring Drive in Spring Valley. BENEFITS: The District provides excellent benefits, including District-paid medical, dental, life and AD&D insurance coverage for employee. Those with the highest scores will be invited to participate in an Oral Board Examination by appointment only (date to be announced shortly after the deadline filing date). Final selection will be made from the top three ranks of the resulting eligibility list.
