Under the direction of the Site Administrator, the ELOP Lead Supervision Aide oversees day-to-day after-school, intersession, Saturday, and summer program operations at HELUS while directly supervising students. This role combines student supervision, program activity implementation, staff guidance, and state compliance tracking to ensure a safe, engaging, and legally compliant environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver daily, Saturday, and intersession enrichment activities and lesson plans. Directly supervise students across classroom, cafeteria, playground, and off-site activities while enforcing positive behavior strategies. Assist in scheduling, guiding, and supporting site ELOP Supervision Aides. Coordinate food services, supply needs, vendor visits, field trips, and sports participation. Maintain accurate daily attendance rosters, student sign-in/out records, and compliance logs. Serve as the primary site point of contact for school administration, staff, and parents.
