Job Summary
The Integration/Behavior Instructional Aide will work primarily with special education students, including physically, orthopedically and other health impaired students, on a daily basis. The aide may also spend a substantial portion of their time providing intervention to students who exhibit disruptive, aggressive, depressive, and/or self-injurious behaviors associated with emotional disturbances. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting the students in the following areas: mobility, dressing, feeding, toileting, academic/instructional and social/recreational activities.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must possess and Associate of Arts Degree or 60 post secondary semester units. Application must submit proof of postsecondary units or degree. Must have clear criminal background and be free of tuberculosis
