Classified substitutes are used on-call, as needed districtwide. Hours: up to 3.5 hours/day, Monday-Friday, follows school calendar
Requirements / Qualifications
1. WUSD Classified Application (located on EdJoin) 2. Letter of Interest 3. Two (2) Letters of Recommendation 4. Resume *Must have an AA degree or college transcripts showing 48 semester units of college level course work or pass the Paraeducator test given by Colusa COE. *Must pass district Spanish proficiency test with 70% or higher. Applicants will be notified of testing date by District Office. In-House applicants: Submit Letter of Interest and must pass Spanish profiency exam. Must pass drug/physical screening and DOJ fingerprint clearance prior to approval of employment. Must meet the paraeducator NCLB compliance requirements.
