Requirements / Qualifications
CPR Certification – must be current First Aid Certification – must be current TB Clearance- must be current within the last 60 days Live Scan Fingerprints- Kings County Office of Education Prior service as coach or assistant coach in sport being coached or prior participation NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching – Go to CA requirements www.nfhslearn.com Concussion in Sports www.nfhslearn.com OR www.cifstate.org (free) AB 1451 Cardiac Arrest www.nfhslearn.com OR www.cifstate.org Heat Illness www.nfhslearn.com OR www.cifstate.org Coach will also be required to sign a Coach Contract.
