Junction City School District is a small, rural, one-site district located in the town of Junction City, in Trinity County, California. Our beautiful campus is located on ten acres near the base of the Trinity Alps, along the Trinity River. Junction City School serves approximately 70 students in Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade.
Junction City School staff and community strive to work together to create programs that produce articulate, confident, and skilled students. Junction City School has an amazing nutrition program, a wonderful school garden, a progressive art and music program, and a very successful after school program. The JCESD Certificated Salary Schedule range is $47,656-$84,338. Salary is based on qualifications and years of experience. Total compensation package includes a membership in CalPERS or CalSTRS, a defined benefit pension plan that provides lifetime retirement payments, death benefit/survivor and/or beneficiary payments. Health benefits include 100% employer paid medical, dental and vision benefits.
