Job Summary
Mountain Empire Unified School District is seeking a qualified and creative High School Art Teacher to provide engaging, standards-based art instruction that encourages artistic expression, creativity, and critical thinking. The successful candidate will develop and implement lesson plans, teach a variety of artistic techniques and mediums, assess student progress, and foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports students of diverse abilities and skill levels. This position reports directly to the site administrator.
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid California Single Subject credential with English Learner authorization. Must have the knowledge of and ability to implement the subject matter, philosophical, social, and educational concepts relative to the duties and responsibilities of a school teacher.
