Job Summary
Under the supervision of the site principal or his/her designee, to maintain an attractive, sanitary, safe, orderly, clean, and secure school, related buildings, and adjacent grounds for students, staff, and the public; to provide equipment and furniture arrangements for meetings, classroom activities, and events; to minimize property damage, loss and liability exposure; to perform minor repairs; and to operate on a schedule coordinated with the school. This is an 8-hour per day position, evening hours from 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, including a 30-minute duty-free, unpaid lunch. Placement is anticipated to be at Mill Valley Middle School.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE High school graduate or equivalent. Two years of experience in a responsible position involving cleaning and maintaining building areas of 20,000 sq. ft. or more or any combination of training and experience which may be equivalent to or provide the desired level of knowledge and skill. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Must possess and maintain a valid California driver’s license.
