High School graduate by diploma or equivalent; knowledge of food preparation and use of equipment used in large quantity cooking; ability to lift heavy items; able to work quickly and accurately; must pass skills test; ability to work harmoniously with general public, administrators, teachers, staff and students. Must possess valid motor vehicle operator license. Assist in preparing, cooking, baking and serving a variety of foods in quantity; assist in other food preparation duties as directed; maintain facilities in a clean and sanitary condition; train and provide work direction to others.
