We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. You will introduce young learners to the basics of education, helping them build foundational skills in reading, writing, and numeracy while supporting their social and emotional growth to ensure a smooth transition into elementary school. Key Responsibilities • Instruction & Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement age-appropriate daily and weekly lesson plans covering early literacy, basic mathematics, science, and social studies using creative methods like stories, songs, games, and art. • Social & Emotional Development: Nurture cooperation, sharing, and positive behavior, helping children develop effective self-regulation, empathy, and interpersonal communication skills. • Student Assessment & Progress Tracking: Monitor and evaluate student academic and behavioral progress through regular observations and formative assessments, maintaining accurate records and reporting results to parents and administrators. • Parent Communication: Maintain open, professional lines of communication with families through regular updates, progress reports, and scheduled parent-teacher conferences. • Classroom Management & Safety: Establish clear, positive classroom rules, manage daily transitions smoothly, and ensure a secure, clean, and healthy environment compliant with school safety regulations.
