Position Overview The Waldorf-Inspired Classroom Teacher is responsible for creating a warm, engaging, developmentally responsive classroom where students experience learning through storytelling, movement, music, art, nature, hands-on exploration, and strong academic instruction. The ideal candidate understands Waldorf philosophy and can thoughtfully integrate its practices with California academic standards, ensuring students experience both joyful learning and measurable academic growth.
