Qualifications Experience working with school-age children tk - 8th grade preferred. Ability to support students academically in a small-group setting. Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and administrators. Dependable, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with students.
