Job Summary
The Specialized Academic Instructor (SAI) provides instruction and support to students within the Special Education program to promote academic progress and achievement of Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. The SAI is responsible for developing and implementing IEPs for students as needed, assessing student needs, and modifying curriculum and classroom environments to support student success. The SAI collaborates with parents, staff, and program specialists to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with special education laws. This position supports and upholds the mission and vision of The Classical Academies. The Classical Academies is an organization of award-winning, tuition-free, California Public Charter Schools serving North San Diego County since 1999.
