Student Program Manager Extended Care • Enrichment • Summer Camp Reports To: Business Development Officer Department: Student Services Classification: Full-Time, Hourly, Nonexempt Starting Pay: $26.00 per hour Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, including a 30-minute unpaid meal period JOB SUMMARY Under the general supervision of the Business Development Officer, and in cooperation with school administration and principals, the Student Programs Manager plans, coordinates, implements, evaluates, and helps grow Southlands Christian Schools’ Extended Care, Enrichment, Summer Camp, and other assigned student programs. The Student Programs Manager is responsible for strong daily operations, staff supervision and development, program quality, parent communication, and ongoing program growth. The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, organized, proactive, and able to turn ideas into well-run programs. This is a hands-on position that requires active involvement with students, staff, instructors, vendors, and families.

1. Current TB test or TB risk assessment (within 4 years) 2. Livescan Fingerprinting required 3. Current CA Mandated Reporter Certificate 4. First Aid/CPR Certificate
