BASIC FUNCTION: Under the supervision of the assigned supervisor performs the necessary duties to support the implementation of activities within multiple programs including eligibility, recruitment, selection, family engagement, community engagement, social services and parent education.

Three (3) years of experience in related fields such as social service agencies, community-based organizations, or county social welfare services. A combination of education, training, and experience that could provide the desired skills, knowledge and abilities may be considered. LICENSE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Employee must complete agency sponsored family development certification within 18 months of hire or provide documentation of similar certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field. Valid California Driver's License. Be insurable and maintain insurability. Employee must arrange their own transportation. If using own vehicle in the course of employment must provide proof of insurance.
