Job Summary

Academic Year/Monday - Friday/5 hours Under general supervision of the Director of Nutrition Services or Designee, to prepare, cook or bake a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, meats, vegetables, sauces and other foods in quantity; assist in the overall operation and maintenance of the kitchen and cafeteria; may operate a Snack Bar, “Combo-Line”, or satellite kitchen; and to do related work as may be required.
