Job Summary
Under the administrative direction of the Director, Food Services, the Food Services Planning Manager oversees all aspects of Food Services planning and manages the Food Service Operations Supervisor and Food Service Supervisor III for the purposes of planning, implementing, directing and maintaining the district's nutritional services; ensuring that departmental work goals are met; complying with state and federal program mandates and health requirements; and ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and financial resources.

Education Required: Experience in a job-related area may be substituted to meet the minimum qualifications. Experience working with individuals who are hearing impaired or who are identified as having a disability is preferred. Experience working in an educational environment is preferred. Certifications Required: Serve Safe Certificate. Clearances: • Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance • TB Clearance • Physical Exam • Drug Screen • Must complete any mandatory training assigned by the District that is generally applicable to all classified employees or employees in this classification in particular.
