We’re looking for a dependable, friendly Operations Support Specialist who takes pride in creating a safe, welcoming place for students to learn. From helping students get to school safely to keeping our campus looking great and supporting breakfast and lunch service, your work will make a difference every day. If you enjoy variety and being part of a team, this could be the job for you! What You’ll Do Transport students safely to school, programs, and activities. Help maintain our buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment. Complete hands-on maintenance, custodial, and landscaping tasks. Coordinate meal deliveries, serve student meals, and keep food service areas clean and safe. Support safety inspections, maintenance projects, supplies, and records. Work with staff and families to support a positive school experience.

Requirements / Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent. Five years of building maintenance experience or two years of construction experience, preferably in an institutional setting. A valid California Class C driver’s license and a three-year DMV record, required within 30 days of employment. Valid First Aid and CPR certification. Proof of insurability Knowledge of safe food handling and willingness to complete California Food Handler Card training within 30 days of assignment to food service duties. A helpful attitude, good communication skills, and a commitment to safety.
