Suncoast Charter School is seeking a dedicated and versatile Student Services Assistant to join our Student Services team in a hybrid capacity. Under the direction of Student Services teachers, you will support students receiving special education services through individual and small-group assistance, both virtually and in person. Responsibilities include assisting with instructional activities, preparing and organizing educational materials, monitoring student progress, and maintaining student records. You will also provide administrative support in data management, records compliance, and office operations while collaborating with the team to improve programs and processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a supportive learning environment for students. This hybrid position combines remote responsibilities with in-person student support based on student and program needs.
Requirements / Qualifications
~ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university ~ Must hold and maintain a valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential, or another California teaching credential accepted by Suncoast for this assignment ~ Previous experience in an office support or administrative role ~ Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a special education setting or supporting students with diverse learning needs
