Reports To: Aftercare Director & School Director FLSA Classification: Hourly Classified Full Time/Part Time Status: Part-Time, non-exempt Regular/Temporary: Regular Framework: Hourly, Step 1, Range: $20.60-25.11. Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits: This position does not qualify for benefits. The after-school program is an important element of the school day experience. Our Aftercare Assistants play unique roles as mentors, tutors, activity leaders, and sports coaches. In addition to providing a safe and quiet place for students to study or receive extra tutoring, our program also offers enrichment opportunities. This position is in-person and on-campus.
