Job Summary
Under administrative direction, the Director II of Expanded Learning provides districtwide leadership, planning, organization, administration, and evaluation of the District’s comprehensive expanded learning programs, including before-school, after-school, intersession, and summer programs. The Director oversees program development, budgets, grants, compliance, staffing, program evaluation, and community partnerships while coordinating services with schools, families, community-based organizations, and governmental agencies. The position provides leadership for safe, engaging, and high-quality expanded learning opportunities and works collaboratively with District and site administrators, teachers, staff, families, and community partners.

POSITION DETAILS The Fullerton School District is seeking a qualified certificated administrator to provide leadership and oversight of its districtwide expanded learning programs. The position is responsible for program planning and evaluation, budget administration, grant compliance, staffing, program operations, and coordination of services across multiple school sites. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Education: A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in education or a related field is required. Credential/License: A valid California Administrative Services Credential and valid California Class C driver's license are required. Experience: Five (5) years of administrative or management experience. Experience in expanded learning, after-school, summer, youth development, educational programs, or grant-funded programs is desirable.
Letter of intent/introduction may be addressed to Dr. Chad Hammitt; resume must be current; valid Administrative Credential must be provided; and the three (3) recommendation letters must be dated within a 12 month period; one letter from immediate supervisor is preferred.
