BPEA is seeking a dedicated and proactive Campus Safety & Support Specialist to play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, welcoming, and orderly environment for our students, staff, and visitors. In this role, you will patrol campus facilities, enforce safety policies using modern de-escalation techniques, and assist site administration with student supervision, attendance re-engagement, and discipline. Additionally, you will help implement and maintain campus emergency safety plans, organize drills, conduct facility inspections, facilitate staff safety briefings, and collaborate closely with local law enforcement and first responders. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, possess at least 1–2 years of experience in school safety, security, youth supervision, or law enforcement, and be able to obtain required California certifications including SB 1626 Campus Security Training and CPR/First Aid.
