Job Summary
Huntington Beach City School District is seeking a collaborative, innovative, and highly motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team and support eight K–8 schools. This position works directly to support the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and serves as a key support role within the Human Resources Department, with involvement in recruitment, hiring, employee support, HR operations, compliance, special projects, and the District’s workers’ compensation program. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, exercises sound judgment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys finding ways to improve processes and support others. Requirements / Qualifications
